RAMS ERP has launched for business sector on recording their books of transactions along with billing and report generation. Many features that enables today's business sectors like manufacturing industry, marketing industry, wholesale and retail business.

This Software has additional features like PRODUCT CODES, ITEM CODES, BATCH CODES, CURRENCY CODES and many to generate a sign of security for your products and services.

This Software is secured by individual login access, each person can be given access to operate the ERP, where each transaction and entry will define who have made the entry. There are two types of access - ADMIN and STAFF.  Admin Access will be given during first login, where the admin has the rights and access to create additional login for ADMIN and STAFF access with individual User and login password. Which is much secured to avoid unnecessary access to the books of entry.



Multiple Company accounts - This ERP has the facility to record multiple company book records. Also has the feature to sync the company products and transactions with other company (inter-company) and bill the products without accessing to other company's product.

Customer Record - This ERP has the feature to record the customer's details like NAME, MOBILE, FULL ADDRESS, EMAIL and generate as report in any format and contact the customers when required. It has the facility to filter options, where we can filter the customer as required.

JOURNALS - Though we have Purchase Invoice and Sells Invoice. This ERP has JOURNAL facility to record the books with actual way of entry. Also it has the facility to record through Ledger books we have journal entry to ensure that the records are not misallocated or reversed entry while updating in books. Comments in the Journal are additional features to replicate the details of the transaction.
